We ship thousands of items out each year, but we inspect thoroughly every single doll that leaves our
store or warehouse. We do not want a single one of our customers to experience the disappointment of opening a box to find a damaged or defective doll after anxiously awaiting its' arrival. We sell quality merchandise and are very discriminating in our selection of manufacturers and artists that we offer. We want you satisfied and expect nothing less than your total satisfaction or we will make it right ! We guarantee it!!




Return Policy

If a customer notifies us within the 1st 7 days of receiving their order (see shipping instructions below) that they want to return a doll for any reason, we will accept it back either for a full refund of the purchase price or replacement with a new item. The returned items must be in the original undamaged doll box with all accessories, the doll must be tied down and packing materials included. If doll hands and feet etc. if initally wrapped must be returned in the same condition as the customer received the item. The returned item further must not show signs of abuse or wear and cannot be soiled. The cost of shipping returns in all cases other than manufacturing defect will be the responsibility of the customer. Items must be shipped to Doddie's Dolls and Collectibles as trackable and insured packages. We suggest that you use either UPS or FedEx for shipping (see shipping instructions below)

We will not be responsible for returned packages until we receive them.

After 8 days and up to 30 days of receiving your order, we do not give refunds or exchanges on any item unless it is proven to have a manufacturing defect. We will evaluate reported manufacturing or other defects on a case by case basis. If it is determined that there is a manufacturing or other defect, Doddie's Dolls and Collectibles may either repair, replace or return the item as-is to the customer based upon Doddie's Dolls and Collectibles evaluation of the reported damage. The cost of shipping returns in all cases other than manufacturing defect will be the responsibility the customer. If there are missing items, the return item is damaged by the customer or there has not been a effort to repackage the return item properly we may of our choice either return the item to the customer or assess a restocking charge. The restocking charge will be the greater of the two values, $10 or 25% of the original retail value.

You must get a return authorization number for your package so please email us at:

5 PM EST or you can leave a message any time
. We will not accept packages without the return authorization number and all
packages will be promptly returned without opening if they do not have this number clearly marked on the outside of the
shipping box.

Include a short note inside the box explaining who you are and why the doll is being returned
